CJY Real Estate LLC. is a locally owned business. Myself, Sierra Young, the owner of it, am a licensed realtor in southern IN. I specialize in helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate all around the area. I am an agent with Lopp Realtors. I am also a business owner of CJY Dream Achiever, which is a non-profit that was formed in memory of our baby Cleo Josiah Young, who passed away at 8 days old with Osteogenesis Imperfecta. We are building a non-profit to help families during sick times with kids. As a family that spent a little time in the NICU, we have seen firsthand how many families are there for extended times and the help they could use but don't ask for. I also use my real estate licenses to help with our non-profit. We have goals of being able to provide homes for families that have had to take off work to be with their children. I love kids and love my family. I enjoy reading and lying in the sun; of course, it's always better at the ocean. We enjoy spending summers on the boat with our family and running our boy around to all his favorite sports and activities.
